Elite Sport

A retainer sevice, includes 16 scheduled visits over 6 months for monitoring of muscle condition, symmetry and pain behaviours, and body conditioning work to support specific movements and performance.

Regular contact with the same horse lets me pick up on subtle changes early, thus preventing cumulative strain injuries to muscles, tendons and ligaments. This regular-contact approach, drawing on my over a decade long experience working with national-level equestrian teams in Russia, has proven to be the best regime for athletes — preventing injury and ensuring steady performance and progress. It's also what allows me to offer the retainer at this rate: it removes much of the diagnostic work each visit, which is reflected in the price.

Accompanying to official FEI events is optional. £960 (£60 per session), excl. transport fee.
